Plenty of great teams already have quality motivational coaches to give pep talks to the team. Would be nice if we could reward them with a GM position that names them as such.

That is where we put our motivational speakers. What does the Head Coach do otherwise?

Head coach delegates all tasks...Pep coach does the speeches.

+1 since several have figured out the motivational morale bonus for Pep talks in team forums.
