Warrior General Games

Problem-The regular season is a joke...Teams don't game plan and really try until the playoffs.

Solution:
1. 15 game regular season, 5 pre season games. This way everyone plays the same teams throughout the season.
2. Only 6 teams make the playoffs from each conference, and the 1 and 2 seed get first round byes. Let's the 1 and 2 seed get more time to game plan, and makes the regular season worth something.

Yes, as long as we are not talking conference champs I'm in. Hate to leave out Alabama...

Why the added 5th pre-season game? Why even do this at all? What's the logic behind this? So many questions!

No playoffs, imo.... every team and dot get's a ribbon.

To get rid of the first non-conference regular season game...Hence the 15 games instead of 16

The NFL only allows 6 playoffs teams, correct and the 1 and 2 seed get a bye correct?

What makes you think anyone will try harder with 6the playoff games. Teams that lose early would have no reason to try at all
I like it just how it is. The first game gives you some bragging rights between the 2 divisions.

Well I think the 7th and 8th teams would try harder.....I also think the 3rd and 4th seed teams would try harder for the bye. As far as non-conference, not real fair when 1 team in lets say East plays a cmp team in west, and the 2 best teams play each other in the first league game.

with this format, some teams would never make the playoffs...

Pretty sure several of the last WL champs came from the lower seeds.
