Along with a setting as to how much freedom to give your QB to call audibles, a required vision/confidence to get them right, etc.

Should be per play imo. Just because I might have one play that I the scat FB to possibly stay in and block doesn't mean I want him randomly blocking on all my other pass plays.

Why there need to be a price for using audibles ? there is already a vision check, so they are not guaranteed to be called correctly.
OP will allow for a more general type of game planning. Which I think is a good thing.

When a DC mixes a 30% blitz into a coverage package, it already become a rng match.
