Eliminate unbalanced schedules. Play each team in your conference once. Everything else stays the same. Two extra WL teams means all the playoff teams plus the two 9 seeds stay up.

I don't get it...what does adding 2 more shitty teams to a league do for anything? If the concept is that you just want to eliminate the cross conference game, just eliminate the game and play 15 in a season. Pretty much senseless to add 2 teams to every conference and change the entire concept all for playing no cross conference games.
