Be able to save your favorites plays of each game to that games replay. And be able to add a limited-character commented opinion tag on each of those replays that all team Gm's can see as well - using the comment box in the Offers page as a possible example.
This same thing could also then be added in Scouting that would allow us to see, and add on, comments that my fellow team mates had left previously as well. Tagging my opinion on each play makes scouting more active, collaborative and fun.
This might be a wholly separate idea completely but we can incorporate in or add a team Offensive/Defensive/Special Teams game ball vote.
Couple that with a Coaches game ball vote for the same categories.
List and record our players accolades like we do the team trophies. Players could then be listed as "38 time Coaches Game ball winner etc..". Giving the game more variety and generating additional activity .
And add a single play of the game vote.
All due love for Top plays but these would be Team/Coaches/Gm's/ specific AND we would be able to share our list of "Liked" plays,( and/or "disliked" plays even ) with our team mates AND discuss them in our Team Forum and in Team Chat.
As cool as it is to be ABLE to do- IF I don't want to share the plays on FaceBook but -WOULD like to discuss it among my coaches and Team mates this would be the place to engage in a more participatory team environment discussion.
These improvements would stimulate forum activity and would also be a stimulus to actual eyeballs watching and engaging in every play-of each game, which would be all kinds of good for the game in and of itself. While also adding a more participatory environment into scouting then currently available.
