Whats wrong? I boost every season but for some reason my players always end up being 3 lvls below what some other players are of the same day...whats the deal? what am i doing wrong?

did you boost day 48 before your first real season started? you shouldve been level 4 before your first real game and still have 3 boosts left.
You will also be able to boost three additional times when your player's hit extended plateau (281 days old) if you need to make up some boosts.

his player is 164 days old
all players 204 days old and younger are not supposed to have this option

they should change it for new dots so a dot can play peewee and still make it to level 79
it is possible a whinefest breaks out and they change it - should have never put in the cut-off to begin with in my opinion

This. They can't change it as the player development model was pretty explicitly laid down.
