I would just like to the ability to see what contracts have been offered, accepted, declined and retracted.

I can't say for sure there is a bug, but I never accept multi-year deals unless I have a lot of trust in the owner. On 3 occasions now I've had players signed to multi-year deals, or contracts extended, in situations where it wasn't intended. I'm pretty careful before I click the accept button.

+1 for posterity. I'm a big fan of history, and this feature also could allow us to track our player's career, certainly more easily than the mere gamelog allows.
