The Contract Offer Page has plenty of room for a PM window and a check box of "Send PM" as well.

Would make an onerous process that much less tedious.

This was already basically covered last season to a extent. I made a very similar suggestion and it never garnered much following. I give it a thumbs up though.

I may have even +1'd it. I just have spent I dont want to say how many hours of my weekend recruiting and man am I sick of it.

If you were a better owner I'd have signed. Just saying. The PM function wouldn't have helped you here...... you did send a PM too after all, right?
