Let's Face It. You can't always be on and thus you can't always get your players onto a team that will let you have a decent season. if you don't your out of luck because teams stop recruiting after a few days into a new season. the only way you get a player onto a team. SO if you were able to say, have an AI system manage your players (for cost in flex points/reward points of course) this could be avoided while you were say, off on vacation, or just can't use a computer/internet.
