The end of game VAs make balancing the pass game impossible. With them teams become completely OP'd in the final few minutes of a game which means that they under perform the rest of the game. If you remove them then you can balance the game throughout.

Regardless of winning or losing. It sucks putting all the time and effort in scouting someone, blowing them away and have 2 va's basically render all that time spent useless.

+1 to OP for making morale spiral less or removing it. But stack VAs is fine. Its an option to everyone.

Moral Spiral is over done.
Slow Starter, Over Time Killer, and the other late game VAs are over done as well.
If it can't be balanced better, it should be gone.
