Not a new suggestion either one I think, but this deserves repetition all the same.
Each Day 41 award an All Star Award to the top two players in each conference at each depth chart position using whatever formula Bort thinks will select the best Left Tackles, Right Guards, etc etc etc. in each conference. The players that would have been put on an All Star team if there was an All Star game in each league.
The Award should say All Star and list the conference and league and position and season and first or second team (Gold and Silver Trophies Respectively though these could be plaques instead).
Something nice for a player to get as an MVP contender like award to put on his
Player Mantle Piece. Just like the team mantle piece but on the top of the player profile to put up the few awards the dot's agent is most proud of.
Pure Chrome mostly but the more you pat your customers on the head the warmer and fuzzier they may feel about GLB, and thats not a bad thing.
