- if you want to OC add yourself to the market

- CFO " "
etc..
- Teams could also post adds in the MP if they are looking for positions

Add a section titled "Resume" as well. Agents can fill this area with the experience they have regarding the certain job their looking for.

It would be easier for owners to find qualified candidates for jobs like this rather than hoping someone see's their post in the forum or PM'ing random agents and vice versa.

This would be a nice feature to the game IMO

there would be no difference for GMs. You can't see their stats, how well they perform and shit like you can with players. no need at all for this.

not really.

i can search for only boosters, only guys who have CE, certain archs, certain positions, certain age, certain level, i can quickly see their build.


marketplace is awesome for players, useless for GMs.

I get it. I'm very aware of the forum in which you can accomplish the same goal. I know it's there. I don't need threads showing me that it's there.

My idea is for a marketplace where it would be a bit more organized. This is comparable to the players market, which is more organized than the forums.

its the "market place" all job or position postings should be avail.

season experience doesnt mean anything, yello has owned teams for a long time and still sucks.

I do like the idea for leagues though. tbh, not many good GMs post about wanting to DC or OC for a team. Youre just going to get the same shitty agents like Jay89 making ads. Best way to get good GMs is to already know them.

I would +1 this if they were able to consolidate the PLFT threads, or have the marketplace the exclusive area for free agency or the like. Even the TLFP would be a plus in the marketplace.

-1 basically it would be a huge waste of time. most good coordinators don't need to make a add to get jobs so there wouldn't be a big use of this suggestion IMO.

If you need to look for a DC or OC, forget it. The good ones are associated with teams already, all you will get is some joker who can't beat a CPU team. Learn to do it yourself, wait for the user base to climb or join one of the associations that will let you use their stuff.
