Veteran Points to Buy Bonus Tokens, and Bonus Tokens to Buy Veterans Points

Might make for more variety of builds and interesting choices.
Not sure what rate of exchange would be good. Ya need 15 BTs to be relevant while a single VP is nice so maybe go with the same rate of exchange as SPs, 15 Bonus Tokens to buy a VP and 15BTs per VP? Or maybe a little lower, how about 5 BT = 1 VP?
