Quick question on the plateau at day 281. When you reach it you are able to cash in the experience points you have correct? Example my guy will be level 76 and have like 900xp towards reaching level 77. Does anyone know what the 900 xp points can be cashed out for. I couldn't find anything on this but I had one other guy reach the plateau and I remember something like being able to either choose between skill point or extra training sessions. Does anyone know the exact cash out options?

That sounds about what l remember getting for my QB. I think I may try to get my guy as close to leveling up as possible without crossing to the next level. If I get to level 77 I would get 5 skill points. If I can keep him around 900 I can turn that into 13 training sessions which can get me 78 bonus tokens. That would get me 5 skill points plus the actual benefits of training.

You won't level up to 77 anyways I believe, because there's a point where all players stop earning XP in the middle of their final season. I could be wrong but that's what I've heard.
