Current end of 1st half timeout logic has a hole that allows the following to occur:

Now we all know this is NOT a desired feature of this game, so a suggestion is to add another timeout to the list of cases or change end of half play logic:

Now, this needs updated, but I think only in when timeouts are called in the current sim (<90 seconds instead of <45 seconds).
The hole is if you get inside the 10 on first down with >30 seconds, the logic fails to call a timeout.
Problem is, you WANT some clock to run off to prevent the opponent from having too much time to get into FG range....so it seems to come down to end of half logic...
Suggestion is to add a new case to the end of half logic that does one or more of the following when inside the 10 yard line:
1) don't call FG on anything other than 4th down and >10 seconds if you have 1+ timeouts..can call timeout AFTER next play
2) call timeout when clock hits 30 seconds if you have 2+ timeouts
3) change this case to be <50 seconds:
2nd Quarter, Offense, Time <= 30
Down = 1-3
Spot = Opp 10 to Opp G
Form = Offense
TOL = 2+
