1. Make each suggestion up for vote linkable to the voting page. It's near impossible to find stuff without the browser's page search.

2. Either remove those that are implemented or allow sorting to get them out of the way.

3. This one may start a fire.... Remove the votes of users who have been inactive/banned/etc. for a determined amount of time. About 3 seasons of absence maybe? There's no reason for those who are here to be affected by the opinions of those who are not. If a user returns they can always re-vote.....

3. Dead users are affecting your experience. Maybe it's a wash. Maybe it's the difference in seeing something that you do care about being implemented or not.

It's not.

It's not like many suggestions are at a 2000 to 1999 deadlock where a couple votes is going to decide to next president, while the devs wait with bated breath on whether this feature miraculously gets added or not.

The "should we add this or not" is far, far outside the margin of error.

all you have to do is look at the number of current suggestions with overwhelming support, to know that the voting was more for show than anything else. otherwise alot more popular suggestions would have been implemented by now.

the voting was meant as a way to see some changes people would be interested in and give ideas as to what to implement

not as a "once this suggestion reaches a certain threshold we will divert all of our focus to implementing it"

How about 1 and 2?
I've said #3 might be a wash, but, maybe it does result in a suggestion getting implemented even if the same amount of dead user votes are removed from both sides. That would be a much higher % of those few opposed, than those for, on most of the suggestions.
Also this should be quite painless since the only effect on us active players is more accurate voting totals. Unless you're depending on dead votes to support your side of a vote maybe?

im just jabbin at u bro. havnt seen the avi in awhile

i know, i quit caring a long time ago and mostly just hang out in gd and occasionally make my rounds of delivering logic and reasoning to other forums when i get bored
