I think the replay sound effects should be under the account settings tab to set permanently instead of under replays. The various options for replays are for people to change while in-game. The account settings are for people who like a more permanent solution like with the replay speed based already in place under account settings. The people who want or don't want replays sounds are probably more likely to feel one way or the other so it would be nice to be able to set it more permanently rather than having to change it every time like when clicking a forum link to a replay
