We need a ranking system for coordinators. It is not fair that elite teams get the best coordinators. To increase parity coordinators will be ranked based on W/L weighted by levels, stats, trophies, etc. Once we have a ranking a rule will be put into place so that teams may not have all the good coordinators. Maybe something along the idea of not having less than a combined coordinator ranking of 200.. so if you want #1 ranked OC you must choose a DC that is ranked 199 or worse. This value will be based off of preseason ranking.

Maybe impose luxury tax in the form of cash, % hit to team player attributes, and/or chemistry hit if teams went below 200. Could add extra element of strategy.

If their combined ranking is too good have their AI randomize a certain percent - the better you are the more random it gets

Really? I think that would eliminate coordinators from the game extremly fast. If good coordinators are forced to spread to bad teams. -1

what if coordinators also could nt have a player on the same team? thats like double dipping

But those bad teams won't be bad anymore... it's better for the game and competitive balance!!

Another good idea removes temptation to spam their player for stats which is better the team goals/competitiveness!

thats not good for parity. owners that can do both should hire someone and teach them the ropes. this would free up the owner to coordinate on other teams.

What does everyone think about involving some sort of luxury tax if teams went below 200 combined?

Could be cash penalty that goes to league luxury pot for every point you go below 200 and/or % hit to all players attributes... for example you could lose 1% for every 40 below 200 so a max of 5% hit to attributes to all players if you choose #1 ranked OC and DC

This could add extra element of strategy!

i would take it a step further and say that it should affect chemistry

So long as their combined ranking at OC and DC does not fall below 200. Guppy does make some good points though.

Screw parity...its all about care level. I don't trust someone else to have my care level for one of my teams.

I lol'd at this suggestion. So two RL friends or family members who OC/DC together, and are good ,can't play this game together anymore. This is not a way to spread the coordinators to different teams it is a good way to get the good coordinators to quite GLB all together.
