I know there's an alert button next to your player's team name when there is a team alert sent by management, but I tend to overlook it a lot. Can team alerts get sent to the inbox too? It would be more convenient to me.

-1. I don't know if others don't overlook them, but I don't. I think the system is just right; we get them but it doesn't clog up our Inbox or Alerts.

Okay I don't overlook it all the time, I just feel we could have a second copy of the alert in our alert box or inbox. That way I can know what is going on with the team all the time.

Maybe an option for the agent in what way he wants to receive team alerts? I know when I see mail in my Inbox I like to know it's something specifically meant for me.

Sometimes it is easy to overlook if you're not a GM on the team. Hard to notice on the players box.

I could see it being an option though.

I wouldn't mind an option myself.

if i want the incoherent gibberish that people like you have to say sent to my inbox i'd do it myself

already enough alerts imo

I could see it as option for GM but I wouldn't want it then either, if it's something super important I just pm the appropriate coordinators

But yeah we can always use some more alerts. The 50 per day i'm getting is nowhere near enough
