Not going to happen.
There's no way to verify or sort things. Just as an example, I could make a team and be like "hey, this is a place for newbies to learn", but my real intention is to fill my team. I could care less about helping them, I just want them and their flex while I tailor their builds to my liking.
It just doesn't work. If you want to help users with this kind of thing, you're welcome to do it. Trying to advertise it is where it becomes an issue. Same thing with trying to act as a headhunter.
