I don't think any dots are consistently forcing fumbles on ST at the highest level atm. I also don't think any dot with less than 200 combined STR and TCK is likely to change that. Even dots with that might just get cutblocked and not get anywhere near the return man at all anyway. FF STOPs are in a kinda sad state atm
