I just got done wasting a season on a no-show organization without an owner that logged on, any OC or DC positions filled, no game planning, etc, etc...and I'm hoping to find myself a REAL TEAM, instead.
I'd love to sign on somewhere for the long haul, and never have to deal with finding a job again -- just like most owners would love to not worry about recruiting!
