Surely they could be recycled and passed on to someone else wanting a PF? As it is, I imagine there must be a LOT of inactive forums cluttering up the place.

so what happens if I decide I don't want a forum anymore and "deactivate" it, then decide 2 days later I want that forum back? Do I pay flex? Do i get a brand new forum as the old one is up for grabs?
