I'm no expert, but it looks like you went too broad with his skills. I believe you're supposed to focus on one stat.. get it basically as high as possible, then move on to another, etc. I'm sure someone else will have better info for you, though

As he said, your SP are to spread at that lvl. Your speed should be close to there without any EQ... Offcourse depends on what kind of build you want but from the looks you wanted a fast LB
