Both of these trade limitations:

Trade Rules

• Maximum of one trade between any two teams within a 12 day period (so, 2 trades per season's trade period between two teams).
• Maximum 3 players on each side of a trade.

were put in place when teams were paying for AEQ with team funds and then trading players

That AEQ system is gone, so the trade limitations are obsolete.

If a team decides it's going to reset the following season, and wants to find homes for it's dots before the end of the current season it becomes a hassle of cutting players and then signing them to the new team.

-1 this situation only affects a handful of teams and agents. It isn't a huge deal to sell the team then sign the players from it to the new team.

The AEQ system isn't gone, cash is just worthless. The should just get rid of trades.

Sorry bro, but with trading being dead I can't see putting forth any effort to make adjustments to trading.

What would then stop teams from moving rosters from one team to another at the deadline and screw up two leagues in the process? This was also a major reason for the limits. If removed this would set off the same exploits we used to have.

the trades would have to be relatively equal, so why would teams trade entire rosters and how would that screw up 2 leagues? Not to mention the chemistry hits it would cause.

that's a very random and doom/gloom prediction; what next marrying farm animals?

all of the old exploits revolved around playing time for max XP (which is gone) and cash for AEQ (which is gone). There's no real reason to have locked down trades. It's these limitations that have killed off the strategy of trades anyway.
