Warrior General Games

I have been OC since Season 14 and have made the playoffs 88% of the times. I have a set formula that works and has been tested. Won the Conference Championship 3 times and League Championship 1 time. I have a strict list of requirements and I have my reasoning for why I have them. I run a heavy run style offense and main goal is to dominate time of possession.

Requirements:

1. Must be a Gold Trophy standard team.
2. Active forums.
3. I have full control of the offense without anyone else messing and making changes. I don't care who you are, even if your the owner, I worked to build my gameplans and I know how they run and will be the only who makes adjustments.
4. No demands. I don't take kindly to being told what to do.
5. Full support.

If one of these is broken and I catch it. I will issue 1 warning. In that case you get a chance to fix the problem. If it happens a 2nd time I immediately drop your team and you will have to contact me and explain your thinking. I will then judge if it is worth my time to come back. If I do come back and it happens a 3rd time I drop and we part ways.

I don't wanna sound like a jerk, because I am a nice guy and easy to get along with, but I don't like wasting my limited time with teams who don't care. If your one of those teams then hire a newer OC and let them perfect their style.

3. Mostly reasonable, though I don't like how you put that. I'm the owner of my team and I don't want anyone telling me how to run it -- wait, see how those attitudes are BOUND to clash? So who gets to be "the decider"? How about the guy who is paying for the team? Still, I've never changed something except in the case where the OC isn't available, which seems pretty legit to me. Your attitude as stated leaves no room for something like that.
4. Uh, no. If that's your attitude, then I don't understand why you don't own a team and hire a DC ?
5. Certainly something you could earn, but that doesn't look like your gig.

Seriously, all your ad does is tell people that you are a problem. You may or may not be, I don't know. But I do know what the rhetorical effect of your posting is. If I were you, I'd try to deliver the information in another way.

I hired this guy on. He decided to put an AI in (untested) into our team right before a huge game (with no notice) without changing the depth charts to fit his AI, and never made a post in the forums, never responded to my PM until 5 days later and said he had some personal issues to attend to.

My team pays real money to make players and to renue ownership. We expect to be treated as if we matter..

This guy failed us.. Don't mean to shit in his coolaid, but...

But I'll be honest, I'm not the slightest bit interested in you. The first 3 seem reasonable. But the fact is, any SMART Owner is going to tell you to... yea you get the picture.

You have to earn support as an OC and quite frankly, if the Owner wants to adjust something because he doesn't think the staff is doing their job, it's their right, they paid for the damn team.

almost same exact thing he had our QB (purely Passer) Rush like 20 times in a game http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=1959773 i thought maybe he just messed up with the Depth Chart so I Pmed him but nothing changed for the next game and he eventually quit

but seriously, this guy sounds like a fucking joke. Some reasonable requests. I would never touch my DC's or OC's AI unless he asked me to do some things for him through pm because he was on his phone or something. Full support if youre doing your job is reasonable. People make mistakes but to demand support isnt the way to go.

I've been lucky enough to work with some awesome agents and not once have they demanded anything from me and yet my teams run smoothly. Lighten up, do your job and maybe you'll get a good gig.

Owners: If you can "win" with this guy, you can "win" without him just as easily.
