I suggest that be expanded in one of two ways:
either add "never ever don't even try it" or add "execute play according to OAI" (in which case they will only run when they're designed to run.
Some QB builds are a huge liability to fumble or otherwise get thrown for a big loss when they leave the pocket--a "never ever" setting might have them either throw the ball away or basically kneel and protect the ball.
The "throw the ball away" setting is useless if it is trumped by the run/don't run check.

There's nothing in his tactics that would suggest he should run any direction but forward (running style slider is at -50). There was no real pressure, he just thought it would be a good idea to run I guess!
