It's not ideal. Normally you want to take the first two attributes up to at least 77 natural before moving on to the next one. The build isn't bad, so if you want to keep going then you can, but it will probably keep him from being elite.

It's not a big deal to wait on speed for the hard hitter archetype. I'm doing that on mine as well, but I'll still get it into the mid or maybe high 80s by plateau and put all equipment there, giving me around 140-145. I think that's plenty.
