I'd be surprised if this hasn;t been suggested before, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

I love the Quick Scrimmage option that Bort gave us a while back.
But everyone knows that team ranking is LOL and doesn't tell you how good a team is.

When I'm looking for an even scrimmage to test my AI, the best general indicator of the matchup is effective levels.

Here's a team that currently demonstrates how useless the global rank is.

Global Ranking: 1279
EL: 1219.02 (Effective Lv 79)

Of course, a day after this post, that 1279 global ranking could be less than 200.

Which is why the consistent number based on builds should be available.

They should do something because currently the only way you can remotely tell is by looking at the matchup or doing a more indepth check of the potential opponent, which shouldn't be necessary for a quick scrim.

+1, with the added suggestion that the sorting should put all teams with similar EL and same AGE at the top of the page. Who the hell wants to put their Sophomore team up against a University team?
