This is my first boosted player, so its more of a learning experience, I know he wont be going anywhere far

set the desired bt for your AEQ needs to determine when to switch to light training

A lot of it could be the offense that you are playing in and how the player is being used.

no, don't do that. You are better off with pass quality and deep pass %
