Did I stop putting SP into throwing too soon?

lvl 45 - 120 days old
effective lvl 48 - player value 814.12

Str: 81.68
Agi: 44.19
Speed: 37
Stamina: 40
Conf: 48.52
Vision: 84.01
Throwing: 89.68 (+30 = 119.68)

What should the final throwing attribute be?

Is 160 with AEQ high enough?
