Here's my problem. I have 2 possession type wr's with very high catching and less than ideal speed. So I actually want t force passes to those possession wr's but after watching the new sim the qb looks away MUCH more often now especially when double covered but because of the high catching I actually WANT to force that throw in there. To achieve that now I guess I have to literally hold the progressions for longer to have the QB lock on or look to the possession wr long enough to throw it. But doing that will leave me unable to include other option in the event that they're open. If we could increase to maybe 7 progressions I could hold progressions on the possession receivers longer while still sneaking in a progression to other receiving options.

The possession guys dont create space because of the lack of speed and are getting overlooked much easier now in this new sim that considers them even less of an ideal option. All these new changes to the qb's reads are making it very difficult to target the slower possession guys.

ya, it used to be a QB wouldn't get through all 5 (except for maybe .01% of the time). Now he's taking much long and it might actually happen on a more often basis

could use some more custom progressions

also, might consider using the QBs "favorite target" tactic for your possession guys, might cause him to force it a bit

yeah i'm doing just that if my qb would get online and read his pm...lol

+1 to more custom progressions, just so we have the option in tactics to favor a given receiver on a given play while still having every receiver get a look.
