What's he intended to do? Strength into the 70s would be a good idea for just about any role, but the SAs and remaining AEQ choices will determine the quality of the build.

well have to decide, will have enough BT's for the 4 AE, so still have to pick 1 AE , plus assign CE. Guess im still not sure where to go with those?

Only his DC can make these decisions.. All depends on how he will be used

Yes, I have a LVL 79 with the same speed he does fine.
