In my opinion, if there is going to be a super-elusive option by going in 100%, there should be one for power running as well.

+100 (super elusive) is simply a way to trigger an excessive amount of lateral movement in an attempt to juke / spin etc a generally avoid defenders as much as possible. They simply made it trigger at only +100 because some people wanted all the benefits of all the elusiveness, without going into the super elusive mode
so "super power" would be what? Seeking out contact? What would be the point of this? I mean +100 will already essentually make the player head down field as much as possible while still retaining a brain.
So what would be the need? Or the benefit of this setting?

I like it simply because it would take some of the focus away from purely speed HBs. Would just be more realistic.
Would love to be able to make a proper Christian Okoye

Well, super-elusive enables more side-to-side movement - which enables players like scat backs and speed wr to better utilize their builds. If super-powerful were implemented, it could be a simple boost to breaking tackles, or it could be that certain SA trigger more frequently. All I am saying is that if you have an option for one that enables certain builds to be better utilized, there should be one for the opposite builds as well.

The problem is, would he just run in a straight line with absolutely zero lateral movement?
the problem is you are asking for a straight boost to breaking tackles, when super elusive is not that. There may be a slight increase in spin / juke chances with super elusive instead of -99... but I doubt it's that much
making +100 arbitrarily give a bonus to breaking tackles while +99 did not would be rather daft in my opinion.
The only thing that would vaguely make sense is +100 having someone seek out contact (which honestly isn't worth it in this game). Perhaps if you made it seek out contact with maybe a slight additional loss of moral for broken tackles it MIGHT be worth it
but in general I think you are missing the point of what super elusive really does
