We need to make recruiting less of a chore, sifting through the endless posts to find guys the right age is a waste of time. People forget to list the age in the title or list their level and you click to find out its a non booster and the age doesnt fit anyway. You have the age groups for each position but those are rarely used and everyone winds up posting in the main Players Looking for Teams.
The marketplace is not used that much either. Good idea but the forums are still the way most use to list their players.
Since the league forums are now all combined for the age group, why not just set it up with a recruiting sub forum. It makes it easier to recruit dots that age and you know that those dots are a fit for the league. Its easy on the players and easy on the recruiters. You dont even need the positions, just one main sub forum.
I just clicked on the PLFT forum and 11 posts you need to click to find out the age of the dots, 19 more are just for the Pro's and only 8 have age and level on the first page.
