First off, he looks really old to be only level 37/45. At 271 days he's too old to be eligible for any of the leagues around level 37. I would retire him for that reason alone.
Taking another look at Jake, all of his miscellaneous attributes, like agility, stamina, speed, and carrying, are very low. It leads me to think that you've simply trained the top 4 attributes and have completely neglected the others. That's something that's easy to recover with a few quad trains, but I don't know if it's worth the effort at this point.
I also notice that his contract is unusually high. There isn't a single legitimate team that would pay that kind of contract. It makes me think that you think that money still has a meaningful function for players in the game. It doesn't.
The stats, scouting, and EL are all very strong, in highly unusual ways. The age compared to the level shows why the build is so unusually strong, and the abnormally high contract means that he will have difficulty getting onto any human-controlled team with being paid that much. It would be wonderful to be able to get a QB that strong through normal methods, but I'm afraid that this build looks impossible to duplicate at an age where he would be useful.
As for this QB being a solid player, I would have to disagree because of his age. At 271 days he's only eligible for regional pro and national pro leagues where most of the dots are over level 60. At level 37/45 he would be hopelessly outmatched.
