I know this forum doesn't ever get used, but my team just folded. We've been in the toppest tier our entire existence, but a mix of build qualities has finally caught up to us and it's over.

Best possible equipment, awesome primaries, just working on carrying and speed at this point for dropback speed/no fumbling.
Stats don't look too hot because of poor passing OAI (my former OC will be the first to tell you) and the level of competition we faced, but compare the build to your current QB and that should be pretty clear anyway.
