One of the big challenges I have is learning what the default QB progressions are on passing plays. I'm using Customer Progressions (mostly) but I have no real idea how far from the default I've deviated.

Currently, when looking at a play design we can tell who the primary receiver is; his 'arrow' is orange and not yellow. But we have no indication as to where the QB would go next.

My suggestion is to slightly change the UI any place we choose "Custom Progression" vs "Default".

I would like to always see the 5 small drop downs that appear now when I choose 'custom progression'. By default, the 5 small drop downs would show the default progression. I would then still be allowed to adjust the progressions, as I see fit, but I would know what the default progression would be. Should I want to revert back to the default progressions there would be a link provided that when clicked would set those 5 small drop downs to the default progression for that play. When I save the package or AI - the values from the 5 drop downs are saved.

I have been feeling the same way for a long time, but I stopped making suggestions a long time ago.

+1 this is something that as a OC I have wondered about for a while. having the defaults set for each play then allowing for us to adjust them to our custom settings would be very helpful.

Yep +1. It's been suggested before, still a good idea. If not done how fish has it, then put it someplace else, in case it might confuse people trying to find which plays are custom and which are not.

Perhaps list it below on the same line that the "Delete play" link is so that it would be below the drop downs when you switch to custom checkdown.

+1 however instead of it being for the QB why cannot it be at the bottom of each play.

So you can set the default for each play and if you are an OC on multiple teams you can always control the progression. This would also give defenses a tough time because if you change a progression throughout the season it could give wrinkles to a throwing offense.
