It's too hard to find trading partners right now. Make it easier to trade... somehow.

And this would be accomplished how?

Well really the truth of the matter is that the end of cash was also the reason for making Trading so hard to do, in terms of balancing the trades.

They should remove that impediment at least.

Then players might be able to get someone to trade them one good dot for several future prospects etc. Might make the trading game work a little better. That probably should be a seperate idea thread even.

And in any case they should have some sort of tool like the Free Agent Ad Market one for trading. No reason not to.

When teams could trade, thats when GLB was fun

just remove trading all together
no one uses it anymore

Bring back player cash and trading can happen again.

All that needed to be done was to add some sanity to the price of EQ. But that would have required a little bit of thinking so Bort just punted.

The only time anyone ever wants to trade with one of my teams it's just an effort to screw us over.

Nope, most owners were sick of dealing with equipment (myself included). It was an easily exploited part of ownership that most of us hated to even deal with in the first place.

This and -1 to the idea. Should just get rid of trading all together really. It's a nice thought but doesn't work with a game like GLB.

Trading has never been the same when it was killed off for cash.

I was actually thinking of starting a thread in the GLB Main inquiring for ideas on how trading can be re-implemented into the game. Obviously right now it's pretty much useless.

seriously I can't believe you made this post.

this is not baseball and not that many agents want their players traded to shitty teams. most agents only asked to be traded when they were on shitty teams or the owners sucked in the first place.

-1 to the OP trading should be removed all together it was a easy way to game the system and screw agents players over. and in the future it would be the same way again.
