If your players are on a CPU team and they get bought i think that an alert needs to be sent to all the active players on the roster because this has just happened to me and to make it worse i got cut..... something needs to be done

This should already be in place, it has been in seasons past. However it does seem that if support plays a role in the team purchase that you may not get an alert. I was on a CPU team in the offseason and someone bought the team with the help of support, and i did not receive an alert about the team being purchased or the ability to cut myself from the team.

It might be a bug if this is happening outside of that situation and you might want to submit a support ticket and/or a bug report depending on the route you want to go. (support if you need a new team immediately, bug if you think this is a systemic problem/broken script not sending out alerts).

You do receive an alert if the team is sold or bought.
