Endorsement graphics are dull. The various color chat and names on the endorsements beg for amusing graphics.

Why not let the users try to submit a winning submission for one endorsement per season in a contest?

Would be amusing and the end product would be better as a result.

PS IIRC the endorsement language all shows up on hover pop up yes? If not then it should with this change.

As noted below prize should be Reward Points not Flex. Or GLB Store loot, etc.

OPTION: Use not just the top Avatar Submission but all of them that are fit for print. Rotate them periodically to keep it fresh and share the humor.

-1 this isn't needed and there doesn't need to constantly be something where GLB is giving away flex.

no free flex isn't bad what is bad is every Tom, Dick and Harry constantly wanting something for free.

I couldn't care less either way. I just find it amusing that people argue against more flex give-aways.

I am not really arguing about the giveaways I am just sort of tired of seeing everyone keep asking for them. and Yello1 especially goes on and on about how his suggestions are so great for GLB's business. yet here he goes suggesting that GLB give away flex. it is just a huge contradiction.

LOL Im not looking for anything free.

I am looking for Bort to replace the dreary boring Endorsement graphics and if he could get the players to do it for free for him that would make it more likely to happen.

And businesses LIKE to spend a little money on fluff like this. Giving away 500 flex or whatever is nothing to Bort but it generates interest among the players and makes a feel good warm and fuzzy increase to good will and word of mouth out of it.

Its incredibly harmless. I am actually surprised even you bothered to -1 it.

OP should substitute "reward points" for "flex points."

Duly noted.

Could even just be free stuff from the GLB store, other games do that (one I was in did a contest for an anniversary T shirt design with that sort of prize). Would not take much. Artist types like to Art. Its just a way to get a bit buzz about it to get the ball rolling.

Just what we need, more fluff, id prefer more substance. Who exactly is going to go through all the submissions, and when they are doing that, who is going to do their job? Again, someone dealing with fluff, while they could deal with substance. Plus at the end of the day, who looks at endorsement graphics? I had I think 3 league MVPs last season, and got probably 12 or so league endorsements the other night. You know how many times I have looked at them? ZERO because I dont give a fuck what they look like. The only time I am going to look at that page is what, once a season, at eq upgrade time, and even then its upgrade X4, cya in 8 levels.

Yello, you sure make alot of suggestions. You should start your own private suggestion forum, invite all the admins, have a little suggestion party in there.

1) They have Mods for that. User volunteers working essentially for free or product peanuts as Forum Mods. Its all they do so their doing it distracts from nothing.

2) They made a suggestion forum because they wanted people to make suggestions.

3) Suggestion forums are to entertain users and keep the dev email box empty of suggestions, not for "substance".

4) This is substance. How a game looks, its graphic content, is a huge part of its marketability. Why do you think they spend money on bandwidth and disk space letting every user, team, and dot and aeq have its own avatar?

5) Last I looked an idea that was locked for NGTH was still on page one two or three days later, so no one is being highly detained by being forced to look at my ideas. If anything I am helping to keep the dust off the suggestions disk drive!

6) And yes you may only look at them once a season now, but that is still looking at them. And that said, you are making my point for me. No one looks at them because they are boring beyond the mildly amusing quote. Make them even more amusing and more engaging, and people will look at them when they first get them and they will be another, albeit small, addition to the fun of the game. Indeed if they rotated the imagery it might even make you look the second time or three (edit to OP on that).

7) That said, yes its a minor thing. Chrome, and not even a chrome bumper but that tiny bit of chrome on the center of the air conditioning vent. But its still shiny and people like shiny.
