Looking to DC under these conditions:

-No Casual
-Highly Active Owner (or I will lose interest in team.)
-Plays on Even Days (2,4,6,8....all that jazz)
-At least 52 Man Roster
-90% Boosters and CEQ

Can't speak for CatHowler, but I'm not into the pee wee or casual leagues.

Sorry forgot to put in the thread that I was looking for a rookie team. I'm taking a bit of time off from pee wee. It's really annoying to me.
