I've suggested this before but I want to throw it out there again.
When you click the "View Player Replays" icon on the stats page after the game is over it should automatically show the next play in the list for that player when you select the next or previous play button in the replay or have it auto advance if that's what your settings are.
If not desired by all this should at least be a checkbox option once you click "View Player Replays"
