Doesn't break tackles worth a shit, gonna get a couple aeqs filled out before he's done. Nothing too special I guess.

My experience with tackle breaking TEs has been similar, unfortunately. Still a beautiful build so I hope it works out.

As long as he catches the ball, I guess he's not a failure, but now I wish I had gotten him more strength.

Break tackle tes have fallen a bit since nerfs to aeq % and just general better tackling/strength on defenders. Id like to see someone go for 100 agility/strength/carrying and get speed to 120 if possible tho and try that.

But seriously...that build is that of the basic receiving TE that I generally see. Decent Spin guys are sitting on 80+ strength and carrying. Solid build, just built on the wrong premise...imo.

If you are training on light, you aren't going to make enough progress to matter since you are sitting at 10 and 6 right now

If you are intense training then you can get something done.



But yeah, that TE doesn't really have tackle-breaking skills that are meaningful, though he could be an effective receiving target. Would probably be better without Spin/Breaktackle gear and VAs though, using those resources elsewhere instead.

My TE has 7 more carrying, 11 more strength, 10 spin, and BT AEQ, as much agility, and confidence is 49.9

Yeah, I wonder if it's that their lack of momentum is hurting them or if it's just that they tend to be covered by defenders who are better at making tackles.
