but most likely this QB should be happy to have a job at all

since you seem to be relative new to the game
I hope someone will provide you with a good build guide...
if not go and search the forums for one
or try to get access to one of the private build advise forums
Once you'll notice, that the build is bad, don't feel ashamed
most first build players are bad builds in this game !
as long as you are happy with his performance - stay happy
a few hints:
work on your major attributes early in your building process
don't spent SP on SAs early
focus your EQ on throwing
you'll need very high throwing as a pocket passer
