I have found it to be very difficult over the seasons to recruit your staff especially OC/DC. I have a solution that may help!

What if team owners could pay them our FP? This would give GM's more initiative to want to learn and be recruited to your team.

We could offer the amount of points depending on position desired and experience.

Also, not going to happen.

I would be more worried of fraud and misrepresentation when flex is being exchanged for services.
