I wish there was an option to be able to turn off the chance to get a breakthrough. There is nothing worse than when you try to stop training at 95%-99% and you hit a breakthrough and the skill rolls over!

There should be a checkbox to determine whether or not we want the RNG to roll to see if there is a breakthrough.

Then stop training at 90% instead.

The random breakthroughs are there so that if you try to dance right on the line as a min/max'er, there's a chance you'll step over. Without that chance, this game would be nothing more than a race to see who can come up with the best spreadsheets for building their dots.

It's supposed to be a football simulation, not a spreadsheet contest.

Leave breakthroughs alone, and -1 to the OP's Suggestion.

Why exactly would it matter if the defaut option was set to keep them on? Nodbody would lose out on anything. Unless you guys think that changing this would alter the probability of it occuring.

And what does "dispress" mean? The opposite of "express" is "suppress".
