It would be cool to make it where you can set which league teams can send offers from.
If you want offers from WL teams only, everyone else shouldn't be able to send a contract.
Or maybe even by region in Pro leagues.

Or an auto-decline feature would be pretty sweet too.

at very least need something like this for normal vs. casual for most dots and maybe something to differential pee wee from rookie offers for new dots... most are built with one or other in mind
