at very least for things sent to support--maybe a check box for "save a copy of this msg" or something
Forum > Suggestions > PM system needs a "sent" folder

Isn't there both an outbox and a ticket history already for that? Unless you mean something else.

Oh... just wondering if I was more special than I thought and had a secret outbox.

Yes and yes....and you can even save them. Support requests are already saved in the support tab. Who'd have thunk it????

Me thinks some suggestions would be well served to be entered into FAQ prior to being offered as suggestions... what'd ya know, I think that may be another suggestion.

Most of the things people suggest are already readily available for people to see, before they make a suggestion about it. It's proved that people would rather ask a question, and get sarcastic remarks from people that are already beyond tired of answering the same questions over and over. The to actually look for the answer

yup
That's why adding search feature to GLB is overrated. I am a member of a number of other forum communities that have search capabilities and people still post questions rather than look for the answer.

Which is why I think duplicate posting should cost 1 Reward Point or 1 Flex Point, or something. Make it painful for the double posters.

I do enjoy the search feature at the other sites. I can stay logged on for several hours just searching for specific things and reading on things of interest. Those sites are much more active than GLB, though. That's why I should modify my previous statement. I should have said that the idea that the search feature for noobs is overrated. It's actually more useful for vets that want to research something.

Some people also are addicted to* making suggestions.

Yeah, I like to have random conversation in harmless threads that are doomed to be locked.
