Heh yeah screens are so Season 22, lol. Good try though. Wasn't much else to try. Carthage stuffed the middle, swarmed the outside and didn't let our receivers go anywhere without two or three escorts.
That my FS somehow decided to skip the FB coverage assignment (I checked, it was there) and drop into his third back up zone coverage did not help. Open receivers for Much Loss. Pretty furious about that, thanks Bort! Same with them running away from pass coverage on the HB when the HB is coming out to a screen. Not sure why that happened either. A screen IS a pass right?
Course we couldn't deflect a pass or stop an offtackle for beans so I guess we were screwed blued and tatooed anyway you look at it.
